Pregnancy yoga is a beautiful practice to connect with your unborn baby and to nourish yourself during pregnancy. During the class, we will move through gentle flows and delicious holds to strengthen you mentally and physically in preparation for birth. We will also practice techniques such as the three vital tonings (pelvic, abdominal and vocal), meditation and breathwork which you can continue to practice throughout your pregnancy. There will be plenty of modifications offered throughout the class and we will always end with a long savasana (rest) for you to fill up your cup before heading back out into the world. Please bring some light layers to keep you warm, plenty of water or squash and a snack if you are suffering with nausea. Mats and bolsters are provided.

Our Prenatal Pilates Reformer Series is designed exclusively for expecting mothers! Welcome to your new sanctuary where you can connect with your body, your baby, and a community of other mums-to-be!

Led by our expert instructor, Ajia, each session is crafted to support and celebrate the incredible changes happening within you. Through safe movement and breathwork you'll become proficient in the do’s and don’ts for Pilates during pregnancy and build strength in specific areas for those post natal duties to come! In these sessions you will work on the changes in your body through pregnancy through alignment, body strength, pelvic floor and posture.
