We have over 70 classes a week with the most talented teachers in Bristol at both our Clifton and City Centre (Block) Studios. Whether you are a beginner or a more seasoned mover, we have classes for you. We believe in moving your body in a variety of ways and that is why we have carefully curated the weekly schedule to include Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Stretch and Reformer Pilates.
All mats and equipment are provided at the studio so all you need to do is book in before and turn up.
A reminder tha door will be locked to start class so please do come 5-10 minutes before to make sure you don’t get locked out.
