Last year was so magical that we are travelling back to the crystal clear waters and vibrant colours of Kefalonia.
Join Jade and Helena on an unforgettable 6 night escape in the stunning vistas of Kefalonia, Greece. We are so excited to welcome you to Yoganand’s second retreat, which weaves together a blend of yoga, barre, stretch, poolside relaxation, time on the local beaches and the most delicious whole foods using produce from Vericoco’s organic vegetable garden.
On this escape to Greece, we’re bringing together around 20 beautiful friends in a celebration of the joy and abundance of summer. Expect twice daily energising practices, time to connect with others with family-style dining, or time to recharge by yourself on a solo adventure. Our heartfelt intention for this escape is that you feel completely held by us to take exactly what you need from this time.
The Location
We are so looking forward to welcoming you to Vericoco, a very special family-run centre in the gorgeous Greek island of Kefalonia.
As you can see we have named this an escape; not a running away but an escaping to beautiful surroundings, away from your daily lives and stressors to put yourself first.
This escape is all about the abundance of summer: soaking up the vibrant colours, the golden warmth, the taste of nourishing food, and the long, responsibility-free days. Here, we allow ourselves to feel joy — and we’ll take care of everything so you can simply receive.
While the group may feel large, that’s part of its magic. You’ll have the freedom to retreat into your own space whenever you need, or to share in the uplifting energy of like-minded people. This is where connections form naturally — where everyone is drawn together by a shared love of movement and the same decision: you needed this escape.
Vericoco is a spacious site, holding all of us very comfortably and expansively. It is made up of two luxurious villas and a collection of intentionally-designed studios and apartments, situated within olive groves and only a short walk to two stunning beaches. The centre will be our home for the time so soak up the gorgeous views over the mountains and the Ionian Sea.
We will congregate at the beautiful outdoor yoga deck, which is immersed in nature. Spend your days reading by the pool, swimming in the crystal clear shallow waters, lazing in a hammock or booking into a rejuvenation massage.
As the sun melts into the horizon, we’ll gather for alfresco dinners around a long family-style table — sharing vibrant Mediterranean vegetarian dishes made from fresh, local ingredients. Please note: this is a dry retreat, and alcohol will not be served, allowing your body and mind to rest and reset fully.

We have a range of accommodation options for different budgets or sharing preferences.
Vericoco and Villa Athina are the most luxurious accommodation options, each with their own swimming pool and incredible views of the ocean due to their hilltop locations. Our beach houses and apartments offer authentic Greek charm and are ideal for those looking for something more budget-friendly.
All are within easy walking distance to the beautiful, secluded yoga deck amongst the olive trees. Pools are for everyone’s use
