We are so excited to welcome you to our boutique Reformer Pilates Studio in Clifton. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming studio where everyone can feel that they belong. Our team of certified Reformer instructors are dedicated to empowering you to become stronger and more confident in your body and on the Reformer.
Whether you are a beginner, recovering from injury, regaining strength postpartum, or looking to build out a more holistic movement practice, our Reformer specialists have a wealth of knowledge to help you fine-tune your movement and achieve your goals.
We’re delighted to welcome you to our friendly, non-intimidating and small group classes. We have 5 MPX Merrithew Reformers so that our experienced Yoganand teaching team can provide personalised feedback and adjustments for each student in our 50 minute sessions.

REFORMER BASICS
If you’re looking for a place to start, this is it. Reformer Basics is a slower paced class aimed at beginners, those recovering from injury or those looking to simplify their practice. You will get to know your way around the reformer bed and exactly how it can be used. Expect to work hard, but with more oversight and hands-on guidance from our team. If you are new to Reformer, then just remember that we are here to show you what to do, so don’t let it intimidate you!
If you are brand new to reformer pilates, our Reformer Basics class is the best place to get started. If you have dipped a toe in the reformer world elsewhere and feel confident on the reformer to dive straight in to our spicy offerings, please be our guest.
Please wear Reformer grippy socks - if you don't have any then you can purchase them at the studio.
RE:FORM
An excellent all-rounder class; Re:Form is an inclusive, all-levels reformer pilates class aimed at improving core strength, balance and posture. You will be guided through a variety of coordinated full body movements to Re:Form your body and improve alignment. Leave feeling taller, stronger (and slightly sweatier!)

RE:ENERGISE
Turn up the heat! Re:Energise is our spiciest reformer pilates offering. Expect a dynamic and fiery class with an upbeat tempo, killer soundtrack and plenty of strengthening work. This is an intermediate class with advanced reformer options offered. Enjoy the burn and leave feeling Re:Energised.
Due to the amount of core stability required for jump board exercises, these classes are not recommended for pregnancy or those with chronic back injuries. These classes are also not recommended for beginners.

4 WEEK REFORMER BEGINNERS COURSES
Always wanted to try Reformer Pilates but no idea where to begin? This 4 week beginners course is designed to bring you up to speed with all you need to know! You will learn all about the reformer machine and how to use it to make the most of your pilates practise as well as all the popular exercises so you can walk into any class feeling confident and strong.
This course is for beginners or anyone who wants a refresher and suitable for any injuries/conditions you may have. Taught in our welcoming, supportive Reformer studio, this course will guide you through the basics of the machine, principles of movement and more. Led by our expert instructor, Emily, each session is crafted to give you a comprehensive understanding of the machine, supporting props, use of springs, and a foundation of movement principles that will support your ongoing journey. No experience needed — just bring yourself and comfortable clothes. We have 5 spaces in this course to ensure individual guidance.
