Pregnancy yoga is a beautiful practice to connect with your unborn baby and to nourish yourself during pregnancy. During the class, we will move through gentle flows and delicious holds to strengthen you mentally and physically in preparation for birth. We will also practice techniques such as the three vital tonings (pelvic, abdominal and vocal), meditation and breathwork which you can continue to practice throughout your pregnancy.

There will be plenty of modifications offered throughout the class and we will always end with a long savasana (rest) for you to fill up your cup before heading back out into the world. Please bring some light layers to keep you warm, plenty of water or squash and a snack if you are suffering with nausea. All mats and equipment are provided for you at the studio.

A dynamic, low impact barre class designed to help you rebuild strength, confidence and fitness after birth. This class focuses on restoring core, improving posture, building full-body strength and leaving you feeling energised. Its all about meeting your body where it is, moving safely and progressively in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Come on your own for some well-deserved time for yourself, or bring your baby along. Feeding, cuddles and nappy changes are always welcome—because real life with a baby doesn't stop for exercise. I will happily hold your little ones at points during the class, if you are happy for me to do this, whilst you keep doing the movement.

Leave feeling stronger, more connected to your body and supported by a community of other mums.

Please bring any bits you think your baby might need for entertainment whilst you get to move your body and start to feel strong again.

Please note, we are down a flight of stairs with no lift. Ruth will be on hand to aid you with prams.

Please make sure you are signed off by your GP to return to exercise before booking this class. Babies welcome up until crawling.
