A perfect blend between a wellness festival and a retreat. A 3 day wellness gathering in Cornwall where you will find yourself weaving through the many different classes on the schedule, dipping into the lake for a wild swim or congregating around the fire pit!

Whats on at GROUNDED
Join with like minded individuals to connect outdoors in beautiful surroundings. With an atmosphere that makes you forget the world outside, take part in classes, just lounge about, join group meditation, breathwork, sound healing or wander across the stream over little wooden bridges to the lake where you can dip in for a wild swim or a canoe. Fill your days however you like…this is YOUR time.
We offer a full programme of wellness classes with our hand selected practitioners, activities and talks, as well as giving you the time to explore the stunning grounds and connect with the Grounded community. In between classes you can wild swim or take a boat out onto the lake, or gather around the firepit in the evening for live music. There will also be a therapies Tipi where you can book in for a massage for full relaxation.
There will be food on site for you to purchase throughout your stay.

Bring your own tent and bedding and set yourself up in our wild camping field. There are hot & cold showers, flushing or composting loos, campfires & the glorious lake with its boats & jetties, swimming & fishing.

The Tipis are ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends wanting to create that festival feel of celebration and time spent together in the great outdoors. Just bring your own bedding.

SHEPHERDS HUT
There are three Shepherd’s Huts provided by Free Range Escapes, set on the re-wilded Railway Line.. The huts are at the top of a secret 20 acres clothed in ferns and bluebells, oak and meadowsweet. Undisturbed by modern agrochemicals and herbicides the natural ecosystem has flourished, providing a thriving habitat for flowers and butterflies, birds and mammals.

Where is GROUNDED?
This secret valley is 5 minutes from the wild Atlantic coast with a matchless backdrop of woodland and sky, shimmering lake water and magical Cornish earth.
The event takes place across a woodland valley folded around a clear, spring-fed lake created from Tregildrans Quarry. The 20 acres are spread out, up hill and down dale amongst woodland and meadow. and is a five minute drive from some of the prettiest villages and most spectacular coastlines near Port Isaac in Cornwall.
If you decide to stay in the area for longer either side of the event, you can reach Port Isaac within 10 minutes of leaving your tent, go sea kayaking under soaring cliffs at Port Quin or take a surfing class on Polzeath’s trend-setting shoreline.
